Leadership Foundations - Application Form
 
Thank you for your interest in the UNSW Leadership Foundations Program.  
 
This application form will take approx. 10-15 mins to complete and allows the UNSW Coaching and Development team to learn more about you, including your motivation to join the program, your learning goals and expectations.  The information that you provide will assist us to determine whether the Leadership Foundation Program is the right fit for you in terms of your goals and what we are offering.
 
Please note that by completing this form, you are applying to join the program.  It does not guarantee you a place in the program.  All applications received before the closing date will be reviewed and all students will be notified of the outcome of their application after the closing date for each program intake.

Personal information provided in this form will be used by the University for the sole purpose of administering the Leadership Foundations Program.  The provision of this information is voluntary but your eligibility for the Leadership Foundations Program cannot be assessed if you do not provide this information.  Personal information that you submit will be held by UNSW Employability.  All personal information of UNSW students is managed in accordance with the University’s Privacy Policy and Student Privacy Statement.
